Some do not rate this product highly but I do. It is easy to load and easy to clean. To get a good pull you need a very fine grind and it needs to be tamped firmly with the filler/measuring cup. The cup measure is not enough for a lungo pull. My wife and I have found that you need to use two capsules for our taste. To me this has proven to be a money saver. We do grind our own coffee from a local Philippine blended bean. Well pleased with this capsule.

Great - easy to use and clean. Don't overpack them, though, as some had suggested. I found that if they were too packed down, the water would barely drip through.

Currently I am saving a huge amount of money using these. It cost about $.07 to fill a pod using my store bought coffee on sale. Using my favorite expensive local coffee works out to $.12 a fill tasting just as good as the best Nesspresso. I fill the pods in the sink to avoid any major mess which works out much better.

I used these with a commercial expresso ground coffee to be sure that the ground size would be comparable to what is in the Nespresso pods. The results in my coffee cup were great! I drink my Nespresso as a lungo (more water in the expresso brew) with milk so I did not notice a decrease in intensity and the flavor was good. These refillables will get me through the times when I just do not have the extra money to purchase genuine Nespresso pods.
