  1.  Where is my order from Grevica printed?  

Grevica utilizes a complex fulfillment network to ensure that the items from your order are printed and shipped smoothly from our third party printer as close to your shipping address as possible.

  1. Can I get COVID-19 from a product I bought from Grevica? 

We are very concerned about the health and safety of our employees and valued customers. We are aware of your concern on the safety of the products you ordered from Grevica. Rest assured that we are closely monitoring and following strict guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) around the spread of COVID-19.

  1. Will the delivery time for my order be affected?

While we do provide our best-estimated delivery date for your orders, some of our 3rd party partners that fulfill our orders on Grevica have been affected resulting in longer production or delayed shipment. In addition, most carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe.  To learn more about our shipping estimate, please refer to our shipping policy. 

For best and accurate delivery information, we recommend  checking with your local carrier to see if delivery of your orders may have been restricted or disputed affecting the schedule of receiving your order. 

  1. Are there any special measures Grevica is taking to help prevent the community spread of COVID-19?

Yes. We are strictly following safety guidelines to protect our staff and drivers against COVID-19. We also actively disseminate information about the disease, its prevention and spread especially during our operations. Our employees are provided with masks, handwashing cleansers and other precautionary items. We strongly encourage them to work from home, cancel/postpone any work travel and ask to self-quarantine for 2-weeks after any personal travel. We are also closely monitoring our third party fulfill and shipment partners to ensure that they are also following precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
